Refund policy
Effective Date: April 25, 2025
Because we provide professional, labor-based services that begin promptly upon receipt of your request, all sales are final and no returns are accepted.
Our services include time-sensitive and customized work such as:
Public records request assistance
Rough draft preparation for judicial or attorney complaints
Research and administrative processing tailored to your specific submission
As a result, once your order has been submitted and processing begins, it is not eligible for a refund.
Exceptions:
Refunds are granted only under limited and specific circumstances and only if the inability to complete your request is due to a fault or limitation on our end. These situations include:

A public records request cannot legally be made due to state restrictions (for example, some states restrict records requests to in-state residents)

The particular type of record or complaint you requested is not eligible for release or submission under applicable laws or agency rules

We are otherwise unable to perform the service as promised through no fault of your own
Partial refunds may be issued only under our discretion and only in certain circumstances, even if some work has already been performed.
Refunds are NOT provided if:

You failed to read or follow submission instructions

You provided incomplete or inaccurate information

You changed your mind after work has begun

You failed to pay third-party government fees required to fulfill a records request
If work has started (including reviewing submissions, contacting agencies, drafting documents, or initiating the service), refunds will be calculated based on the uncompleted portion of the service, at our sole discretion.
